• Smoked salmon salad with poached egg and horseradish-sour cream dressing
• Salad selection: wild mushroom salad, Saida cheese-marinated tomato salad, raw buckwheat and oven beetroot cottage cheese salad
• Platter of Estonian fish: gravlax, marinated catfish, marinated Baltic herring, marinated herring, spiced Baltic sprat sandwich with egg
• Estonian meat selection: smoked meat, ham rolls, beef entrecôte sandwich, local mustard, pickles and marinated mushrooms

• Butter-roasted trout fillet with thyme, honey and garlic baked beetroot
• Slow-baked roast beef with gravy and roasted mushrooms
