Let’s celebrate the beginning of autumn with the hot and vibrant flavours of Brazil! Our chef Victor is from Brazil and joined Salt this spring. Before that, we worked together for a long time at our former Latin American restaurant Stereo. Victor brings with him a wealth of knowledge from his home cuisine, and the idea of hosting a Brazilian evening featuring the flavours of his own region has been in the making for several years.
Saying an official goodbye to summer fits the theme perfectly and won’t let us slip into autumn melancholy.
We promise truly exciting flavours from Southern Brazil. The portions will be on the smaller side, making it easy to share and taste several different dishes.
Ordering is from an à la carte menu, and there is no separate event ticket fee.
What are dadinho de tapioca? Caldo de feijão-preto? Escondidinho de carne? And so on and so on… You’ll find out! There will also be yucca fries and, of course, caipirinhas!!!
And naturally, there will be a little samba spirit in our small Salt as well.
