Gusbourne winery is located in South East England, in the county of Kent, approximately 120 kilometres from London. They produce exclusively vintage sparkling wines using the traditional Champagne method, made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes grown in their own vineyards. The sparkling wines served at the dinner have matured in the bottle for at least 3 years.
Gusbourne has been named England’s best wine producer four times, and their sparkling wines have won more than 60 international awards. Several of them have also repeatedly been recognised among the very best in England. Since over 90% of the wine produced in England is consumed locally, this dinner is a wonderful opportunity to discover these unique “Champagne rivals”.
