On this evening, the usual pairing of food and drink takes on a completely new and more exciting approach: each course is accompanied by both a wine selected by the sommelier and a cocktail created by the mixologist. After tasting, the choice is yours — which drink brings out the flavours best?
The duel will be led by:
Sommelier Tõnis Kuuskmann – a wine and food enthusiast and sommelier at Balmerk. Tõnis’s wine expertise and stories give every glass of wine a deeper meaning.
Mixologist Martin Müürisepp – co-founder of Wunderbaar and one of Estonia’s best-known cocktail masters. His dinner cocktails are always fresh and unique, created especially for this moment and this audience.
What awaits you:
– The sommelier and mixologist will introduce each drink with its own story and flavour profile.
– A 5-course special menu by Restaurant MEKK’s head chef Rene Uusmees, created especially for this evening
– A glass of wine and a cocktail served with each course
– After each course, you can vote for your favourite, and at the end of the evening the winner will be revealed.
