Kaido Höövelson is a man whose journey has taken him from Estonia to different corners of the world – from the world of sumo in Japan to diverse travels and life experiences that have shaped him into who he is today. His story is not limited to sports, but speaks about life, decisions, and the courage to step into the unknown.
During the evening talk, he will share stories about his years in Japan, as well as other journeys, cultures, and experiences that have tested both body and mind. We will talk about preparation, adaptation, mental resilience, and what it means to be far from home while at the same time finding yourself.
This is an honest and direct conversation about pushing beyond limits, failures, and new beginnings – about why sometimes you need to step out of your comfort zone in order to truly grow.
The evening will be hosted by the charismatic and engaging Meelis Sarv.
