On May 15, one of the most famous winemakers in the Penedès region – Raventós i Blanc will visit Ocean 11 restaurant.
This is one of the oldest wineries in Europe, with a history dating back to 1497 and still family-owned – now in its 21st generation. All of their 90 hectares of vineyards are biodynamic, respecting natural rhythms and sustainable principles. Raventós i Blanc abandoned the cava appellation in 2012 to focus on producing even higher quality sparkling wines – the kind that could be a worthy alternative to champagne.
