Appetizer: Frog legs with a zesty Asian sauce and butter-fried baguette
Main course: salmon fillet with crispy skin, parsnip-mint puree, caramelized Brussels sprouts & apple and beurre blanc sauce
Dessert: Hot Tosca cake from Lyon bakery with vanilla ice cream
